Gregorio Falletti

Gregorio forms part of the firm’s litigation group with a practice focusing on civil, commercial, banking, real estate and corporate law. He also advises on civil contract law.

Gregorio’s assistance extends to industrial and intellectual law matters (i.e., trademark, patent, copyright and domain names protection).

Gregorio graduated with honors from the University of Milan in 2019, with a thesis intitled “Precautionary protection in the Industrial Property Code” and he has been a member of the Milan Bar Association since 2022.

Prior to joining V|LEX in 2023, he practiced in a leading Italian law firm, dealing mainly with civil, banking and commercial litigation.
